When can I expect to receive my resume, items or cover letter?

We aim to fulfil deliveries within 1-2 business days unless specified or requested.

How do I order a resume or package?

Please head to our homepage, there you will see the 'order' button. Alternatively, this button is on the Template page, Pricing and Packages. If you have any issues with ordering from us, please contact us using the Facebook Messenger pop-up link.

What do you mean by '100% Satisfaction Guarantee'?

If you order with us, we will send you a watermarked resume. If you approve of the design, that's great. If not, we will work with you on changing, amending and modifying the resume until you are 100% satisfied. No matter how long it takes, we will continuously work with you. Once this process is complete, you will receive your resume.

What do the bespoke consultations entail?

Our consultations include an open dialogue regarding your resume design, your direction, how you would like the resume to look and feel, which industry you want this catered towards and more. We will also offer tips, hints, tricks and more on the current Australian job market. Where to apply for jobs, the best and efficient ways to apply for jobs and more. The consultations are held by a Australian Job Market Specialist, Designer and Writer.

Can I receive a refund if I am not satisfied?

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will work with you continuously to ensure you are satisfied by making any modifications and amendments necessary. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and are therefore bound to ensure the highest quality standard. If, for whatever reason, you receive your resume and do not wish to have amendments nor allow us to rectify your issues - unfortunately we cannot refund you.

I would like to order a resume, but I do not want to book a consultation.

That's completely fine! Life is busy and we understand that not everyone has the time to attend a consultation. These consultations are optional. The order form will collect all of the necessary information in which we will need in order to design your new resume - if we have any questions, we will contact you immediately.

How do I choose a design for my resume?

Please head to our Template section and view the designs from here. On the order form, you will have the opportunity to reselect this - so please keep in mind the template number (i.e., #40) and the name of the design.

I made a booking for a consultation via Facebook, how do I cancel this?

If you wish to cancel your consultation appointment - this is fine. We do ask for 24 hours notice. When you book an appointment on our Facebook page, you will receive appointment reminders. If you want to cancel your appointment, open your Messenger conversation with us, click 'View Details' on the appointment confirmation and then click 'Cancel Appointment' - to reschedule, please do so by our Facebook page or contact us.

I seen a resume design online that I would like to copy. Are you able to accept custom designs?

Absolutely! So long as this fits the criteria (i.e., has enough space to showcase your information etc) - then we can accept the custom design. On the order form, there is an option to submit a custom design that you have seen elsewhere. If we have any problems with copying this design, we can contact you to rectify this or offer alternatives.

Which format will my new resume be in?

We use Photoshop, Adobe, & other illustration & subscription programs to create resumes & deliver these within .pdf format. We find that Microsoft Word is the less versatile in terms of resume design and customisation. It is also the inferior choice. Why is this? Often, resumes within Word format are distorted when the receiver (i.e., a job that you applied for) receives this. There are various different versions of Microsoft Word, which ultimately open, view and format resumes differently. For consistency, it is recommended to send your resumes in pdf format.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are made via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account on the order form, this is okay; there is an option to check out as a guest and input your card information. Payments through PayPal are secure and protected.
